The Admissions & Student Visa Compliance team are recruiting for an Undergraduate Admissions Officer; primarily focused on undergraduate applications, this role will provide support across the team at peak times, including in the training and development of other colleagues in understanding any specific areas of admissions expertise they are assigned.
As part of the Admissions & Student Visa Compliance team, you will contribute to other relevant activities such as (but not limited to) the processing of postgraduate applications and administration of student visa matters and on occasion to the wider work of the Academic Services directorate.
The successful candidate will have experience of Higher Education admissions or student recruitment and will have excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, as well as strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
This role will report to the Assistant Registrar (Admissions & Visa Compliance) and will be part of the wider Academic Services directorate. All members of Academic Services work flexibly to support each other and therefore this role holds opportunities for gaining a wider range of experience in academic administration.
