Lecturer/Asstistant Professor in Children's Nursing, Midwifery & Health Systems

Applications are invited for a Temporary Specified Purpose Maternity Leave cover Approx. 9 months (Full-Time) post of a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Children’s Nursingwithin UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health Systems.

The School wishes to appoint a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Children’s Nursing (Full-time; specified purpose; maternity leave cover) to contribute to teaching, curriculum design and enhancement and academic administration on the School’s undergraduate and graduate-taught programmes, and to work with clinical personnel and other external partners in supporting student learning.

In addition to teaching and administrative duties, the post holder will engage in research and scholarship in the discipline and will contribute to the development of the School’s research agenda. Based on level of prior experience, the post holder may be expected to assume leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Dean and Head of School.

95 Lecturer/Asst Professor Above The Bar (7943) Salary Scale: €64,112 - €101,524 per annum

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
