The Head of Strategic Workforce Planning leads the identification of the skills, knowledge and capabilities needed to meet the University of Warwick’s strategic aims.They define and develop the method of analysis, forecasting and planning workforce supply and demand, leveraging data to identify the gaps and collaborates with the broader People function, especially the Talent team, to agree strategies to achieve a workforce with the right size, shape, cost and capability for both short and long-term success.
