Salary Range £40,497 - £46,735 (Incremental progression)   . Grade 7a

Full Time/Part Time (Job share Considered)

The Opportunity

This post represents an exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic and experienced team of social work educators, and we are looking for an ambitious individual to join the Social Work team in Keele University’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, School of Medicine. The wider School and Faculty provide a very strong interprofessional context within which this post is located. 

The post holder will provide teaching, supervisory and pastoral support to students at all levels of study (undergraduate, postgraduate), as agreed with the Programme Director, and will engage in associated preparation and assessment work.

• You will be a registered social worker – registered with Social Work England or eligible to be registered.
• You will have a social work qualification and have a qualification to at least Masters level.
• You will have experience in social work practice within the UK, ideally within adult services.
