The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Editorial Team as Editorial Coordinator (12 months, FTC).
This role combines office management and support with a range of administrative, financial, editorial and project management duties.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive coordinator to work closely with Learning Design and Production colleagues, federation members and publishers. In this role, you’ll take charge of various key responsibilities including managing payment processing, resolving editorial queries and project managing publisher permissions, handbooks and examination commentaries.
In this role, you’ll also gain valuable exposure to copy editing and proofreading and to the wider activities of the Online Education directorate. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skills while contributing to a variety of editorial and production tasks in a collaborative team.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
