About the Role
This is a leadership role at a pivotal time for Metanoia Institute. As Head of Marketing & Communications, you will shape and deliver a distinctive, inclusive, and values-led brand identity aligned to our academic vision and organisational priorities.
You’ll lead student recruitment marketing, internal communications, public engagement, digital strategy, events, and alumni relations—positioning Metanoia as a leader in psychotherapy education. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will ensure our communications reflect the integrity and professionalism we are known for.
About You
You are a creative and experienced marketing and communications professional with strong experience leading marketing strategy for UK higher education institutions. You bring a strategic mindset, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to inclusive, values-driven leadership. You’re confident in leading campaigns, advising executives, and managing brand evolution.
