This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require occasional travel (once a month) into one of our campuses below to meet business requirements as needed.  We may expand to other locations in the future which you will be required to visit.  Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About the Opportunity:

This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive approach to collaborating with stakeholders across the university to deliver meaningful enhancements in teaching practices and student outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to advancing the institution’s commitment to excellence in higher education.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A significant and successful track record of leading developments in learning and teaching practices/processes across a range of disciplines and levels within Higher Education (HE).
  • Proven experience in leading or developing the delivery of Advance HE Programmes or Schemes.
  • Experience of implementing and evaluating teaching observation scheme.
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance student satisfaction through improvements in curriculum design, assessment, and/or outcomes for students from under-represented groups.
  • Experience in analysing data from various formats to deliver robust evaluations and actionable recommendations for HE enhancement initiatives.
  • Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) – this is essential for the role.
