Richmond Business School is seeking to appoint a teaching focused Assistant/Associate Professor Faculty Education in Business Enterprise and Innovation. This is a part-time, 0.66FTE position, with a proposed start date of 1st September 2025.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and innovative courses and assessment materials at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels to a diverse student body across various degree programmes. Potential taught courses include: Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Managing Innovation, New Venture Finance and Growth, Business Creativity, Entrepreneurship Skills and Methods, and Enterprise Senior Project. The role holder will also be contributing to the development and delivery of other courses within the School, such as Marketing, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to enterprise education. There will be an element of contribution to the development of an Enterprise Hub on campus, while establishing and maintaining strong links with local businesses and entrepreneurs.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of entrepreneurial talent within Richmond Business School and to play a key role in the creation of a vibrant enterprise ecosystem on campus.
