Are you an experienced HR professional with passion for and experience in change management and employee relations? The Gardens, Libraries and Museums Division of the University is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to support a major department within the Bodleian Libraries with particular focus on a large-scale transformation programme in Collections Management.
This senior, fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a prestigious institution. You’ll work closely with the Head of Collections Management, navigating complex HR matters to drive successful outcomes. Your expertise will be vital as you support strategic and operational objectives, ensuring smooth HR processes in an evolving environment.

About you:
You must be a qualified HR professional, with a CIPD Level 5 or higher, or equivalent experience. We are looking for somebody with proven expertise in Employee Relations who has significant experience in managing complex HR cases. The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with broader organisational objectives. You will be a proactive, confident, and solutions-driven individual, able to navigate the challenges of a dynamic environment. We are looking for strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
