This role is to cover maternity leave for the Business Process Manager within the Campus Planning team. The post holder will inspire a team of around 5 roles to deliver excellence to our internal and external customers.
The Business Process team is engaged in developing and operating a series of standard processes in line with wider University policies. The team are key players in the development of automated workflows as part of the implementation of the University’s new CAFM (Computer Assisted Facilities Management) system.
The right candidate will have solid experience in a business support or related activity and experience of team leadership or supervision, ideally in a higher education setting.
