You will play a key role in graduate recruitment and admissions, and the organization of training and events, and you will provide the CDT Director and Co-Directors with regular management information, including the provision of financial and planning data.
Your professional reporting line will be to the Assistant Head of Graduate Education and you will work closely with the departmental Finance Manager, but on a day-to-day basis you will report to the Centre’s Co-Directors, Professor Amalia Coldea (Department of Physics) and Professor Susanna Speller (Department of Materials). You will be expected to work closely with the three Oxford departments involved in the Centre: Department of Physics, the Department of Chemistry, and the Department of Materials Science, as well as with the University of Bristol, Cambridge, industrial partners and international large-scale facilities partners.
Applications for this vacancy are to be made online. You will be required to upload a CV and supporting statement as part of your online application.
