The Ethox Centre is an internationally-recognised multidisciplinary bioethics research centre located within Oxford Population Health in the University of Oxford. It is situated at the University’s Old Road Campus, giving it ready access to major medical research institutes such as the Clinical Trials Service Unit, the Centre for Tropical Medicine and Global Health, and the NIHR Oxford Biomedical Research Centre.
We are seeking a Research Projects Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for building a community of practice amongst health researchers globally and delivering an online hub. This hub will host digital resources and activities to engage the community in critical/constructive thinking about environmentally sustainable health research and tool use. You will develop and implement the RCoP engagement plan throughout the project, liaising with collaborators from the Alan Turing Institute and the Global Health Network.
You will hold a Master’s degree in social sciences, bioethics or similar subject, have evidence of formal training in community engagement and proven collaborative working skills, as well as project management experience. You will also have excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
This post is part time (60%FTE), fixed term for 3 years.
