Knowledge Exchange Officer (SAIC)

The Post

The Knowledge Exchange Officer is a key member of the SAIC team and will support the Knowledge Exchange Manager with all aspects of digital content creation and promotion activity.

The role holder will be responsible for updating data for reporting activity and will work closely with project partners and other colleagues across professional services on press releases and events.

The role holder will operate under the University of Stirling's agile working framework.

Internal secondments welcome.

Description of duties

• Work collaboratively with other teams both within RIBE and across the rest of the University, ensuring that processes and procedures are strongly customer-focused while remaining compliant with University, legal and regulatory requirements
• Create digital content for the website, LinkedIn and all other social media platforms
• Promotion of all project materials
• Maintain all CRM records for live project activity
• Responsibility for updating and preparing data for reporting of all activity

Essential criteria

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, English, PR, Media or related subject, and/or extensive, relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders
• Events management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Word, Excel, SharePoint etc
