Media Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised individual for the role of Media Delivery Manager, to manage the commissioning and oversee the production of a wide range of media assets for global English Learning publishing projects. Working as part of a friendly, collaborative global team, training will be available for the right candidate.

About the role

As a Media Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all creative media for Cambridge English products, working to ensure the quality and technical specifications for audio, video, illustration and animation assets are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Manage project pre-press spend in line with approved budgets, playing a key role in Quarterly Budget Reviews.
  • Schedule Management: Manage project schedules for our English courses in collaboration with internal project teams and external suppliers.
  • Collaboration: Work with our global internal teams and a wide variety of external media suppliers, to ensure commissioned and third-party assets are delivered in line with defined budgets and schedules.

About you

You will have strong project management skills with an eye for detail. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Understanding of technical specifications, generative AI tools, content management systems and contractual requirements would be beneficial, but training can be provided where necessary.
