The University of Edinburgh Business School is currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Head of Quality and Accreditations. This crucial role promises the opportunity to shape and enhance our academic excellence and societal impact. Your primary focus will be on managing quality assurance and accreditations processes, significantly contributing to strategic planning and execution that supports the School’s mission and objectives.
As the Head of Quality and Accreditations, you will engage deeply with the complex dynamics of high-level accreditations and quality assurance processes. You will lead reaccreditation processes, and work closely with the Dean, Director of Education and the School Executive Committee to develop strategies that resonate with our accrediting bodies. Your expertise will support the University’s high standards in teaching, research, and external engagement, ensuring compliance while driving innovations that enhance the student experience. Furthermore, you'll be our ambassador in relationships with national and international accreditation bodies, playing a pivotal role in maintaining our prestigious rankings and accreditations.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
