An exciting opportunity is available in the Estates department at the University of Warwick for an enthusiastic self-starter to join the Estates Admin team as a Senior Administrator.
This is a busy position, and you would play a key role in delivering high quality business administrative support to staff. You will be the first point of contact for the Head of Section, managers and staff in the area you support, in terms of process, procedures and policies.
The particular area you will support has an establishment of over 600 roles which you will manage and be responsible for the ongoing recruitment across the teams, with this comes the need to be an expert on the HR system (training will be given) as well as the ability to manage and keep up to date the data of the 600 roles via excel spreadsheets.
You will be dealing with a wide range of people every day. Whilst in this role you support one main department you are part of a wider admin team and there are always opportunities and needs to support across the wider Estates teams with your colleagues
