We are seeking a highly experienced professional to take on the pivotal role of Head of Initial Teacher Education (ITE) Quality and Mentor Leadership Team at the Institute of Education, University of Winchester.

As the Head of ITE Quality and Mentor Leadership Team you will be responsible for leading and enhancing the quality assurance processes for our ITE programmes and for ensuring our Partnership team, Lead and General Mentors and Link Tutors provide student teachers with high quality placements and consistently high levels of mentoring support.
