Background
The Student Systems Team within Information Technology seeks to recruit a full-time CRM Technical Specialist. The team provides support and development for City St. George's Student Systems and the recently adopted Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service CRM application.
The successful candidate will join at an exciting time of change and will work as part of a great team. You will have an opportunity to make a positive contribution to City St. George's and the student experience and to learn new tools whilst gaining valuable experience of this rewarding sector.
Responsibilities
As the CRM Technical Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to ensure the proper functioning of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service CRM application. You will manage the enhancement, maintenance, and day to day operation of the system.
You will work extensively with internal stakeholders and the external supplier and manage a virtual team through the process of identifying and analysing issues and agreeing and implementing solutions
You will be the primary relationship manager for business stakeholders as well as Subject Matter Expert, Technical and Solution Architect for the underlying Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Application Lifecycle Management techniques and supporting business users. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, communications and team working skills to go with well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience of supporting MS Dynamics with Azure Integration Services would be advantageous.
