We are recruiting to the role of Curriculum Manager (Preparatory) to join our School of Continuing Education and group organisation, Roehampton Education Services Ltd to oversee Preparatory and/or International education on behalf of the University of Roehampton. This is an exciting time to join Roehampton Education Services Ltd, as we expand our Continuing Education offer in line with new innovations in learning & teaching.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of learning and teaching, course management of preparatory and/or international programmes, and quality assurance in further and/or higher education.
Key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional student experience and outcomes for one of our growing Subject areas within the School, ensuring high quality learning, teaching and assessment across the subject and responsibility for teaching teams on the preparatory programmes at the University of Roehampton.

You will have a proven track record of curriculum management in preparatory and/or international education and experience of supporting the needs of diverse student groups to achieve strong outcomes. You will be student-focused with an organisational mindset and clear subject innovation in learning & teaching.
You will actively contribute to the diverse preparatory portfolio of programmes, working closely with the Head of Continuing Education and reporting to the Director of the School, ensuring enhancement of the taught provision within your subject and innovation in digital technologies, online learning and self-directed study. You will oversee module management, learning materials, assessment and teaching support for students from a variety of backgrounds.
