An opportunity for a Strength & Conditioning Rugby lead at Surrey Sports Park, responsible for the overall S&C delivery for our Team Surrey Performance Sport.

The Role:
The Strength & Conditioning Rugby lead is expected to lead on the delivery of athletic development sessions (pitch and gym-based) to performance rugby athletes (circa 50 players). This will include providing matchday support via athletic preparation, in-game support and assisting medical staff. The role will also provide education to players regarding all aspects of performance and sports science (wellbeing, sleep, nutrition). The men's first team currently compete in the BUCS Premier South 2 and the successful candidate will be joining an ambitious staff and player group who have a shared vision of reaching BUCS Super Rugby.

The S&C Coach will be responsible for managing their own athlete caseload whilst working as part of a multi-disciplinary team contributing to a leading performance training environment and tirelessly contributing to the success of Team Surrey Performance Sport.
