We are currently recruiting a Lecturer in Business Management to deliver on undergraduate and postgraduate (including our MBA portfolio) modules across our range of provisions, on-campus, online and TNE. This position is also open to ambitious Early Career Academics with whom we will generate development plans aligned to our career pathways on our Early Career Academic Development Programme.
The Role:
As Lecturer in Business Management, you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in supporting and developing the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate modules in strategy. As part of the Management Department, this will see you joining an ambitious, growing team consisting of academics on Enterprise, Learning and Teaching, Professional Practice, and Research pathways, who make significant contributions across all strands of endeavour.
The post will also provide remit to influence the direction of our diverse and vibrant curriculum going forward and become involved in both module and programme leadership, providing contribution to our business and management portfolio.
Similarly, you will be in an excellent position to use your knowledge and experience to take responsibility for developing, designing and delivering teaching and student-centred learning underpinned by academic scholarship and professional practice, within your assigned areas of responsibility.
The role will also provide you with the time to conduct individual and collaborative research projects, contributing to the research profile of the School.
To excel in this role, you should have experience in Higher Education teaching, with a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences for all students.

Salary: £44,263 - £56,021 p/a (depending on experience) + Pension (Employer contribution of 23% - Scottish Teachers Superannuation Scheme)
46 days (36 days flexible + 10 fixed) paid annual leave per annum
