Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Britain’s longest established and world-famous conservatoire for filmmakers. The school, now approaching its 70th anniversary, is based in Covent Garden in the heart of London. LFS alumni include some legendary lighting camera people (Roger Pratt, Tak Fujimoto) as well as celebrated directors (Mike Leigh), and actors (Danny Huston), and many producers and executives across the industry.
The LFS is one of only two film schools in the UK to have received ‘world leading’ institution status and funding from the Office for Students.
Role Overview:
As the Head of HR, you will be instrumental in our transformation journey, collaborating closely with the CEO and Chief Operating Officer to drive strategic initiatives that improve organisational efficiency. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Chief Operating Officer, offering insights and recommendations on HR and organisational development matters.
