We are seeking a Senior Admissions Advisor to play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end admissions process for the EMBA programme. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with high-calibre candidates, guide them through their application journey, and contribute to the growth of one of the world’s leading business schools.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with prospective applicants, providing expert guidance on programme suitability and application requirements.
- Manage the timely processing of applications, coordinating interviews with faculty and ensuring prompt collection of interview reports.
- Organise and represent the School at recruitment events, webinars, open days and international fairs.
- Maintain accuracy across admissions databases, student systems and digital/print materials.
- Support post-offer candidates with information on funding, accommodation, visas and student welfare.
You will be an effective and engaging communicator, both written and verbal, with strong organisational, planning and time management skills. You should be a collaborative team player with discretion, tact and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Resilience and the confidence to question decisions are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
