The Risk and Resilience Manager will lead engagement with and adherence to risk management, major incident planning, and business continuity across the organisation. The role involves maintaining and developing the University’s Corporate Risk Register and Major Incident Plans, overseeing local business continuity planning, and supporting University leaders and managers to improve operational resilience. The postholder will provide key support to the Major Incident Team during major incidents, which may require responding to emergency needs outside normal office hours.
