The role of the Service Delivery Analyst is to support our staff and students to ensure they get the best out of the technology. Resolving tickets that are raised through our Service Desk but cannot be resolved at that point. The role will be varied, and you’ll be joining an Operational Support team who hold a wide range of skills and expertise.
Our team is diverse, focused and united on delivering an excellent level of service to our customers. So, it essential that your able to work effectively within a team. We are also seeking colleagues who are keen to develop their own skills, we will ensure that opportunities and support will be available for you to do so.
Whilst the successful candidate will have a “home” base in Wolverhampton, there may be a requirement to work at our other campuses.
