The STEMM Libraries team are delighted to advertise this interesting role which is a unique combination of working in a Departmental Library (in the Department of Geography), alongside providing reader services and collection management support for libraries on the Downing and New Museums Site.
This is a full-time permanent position. The Geography Library, where you will primarily be based, plays an important role in supporting users with their research, teaching, and learning needs. It is a welcoming and inclusive environment. This is a good opportunity for you to be involved in a varied range of library work: reporting to the Library & Information Manager you will play a key role in offering an information service to the department including reader enquiries and collection management.
You will assist in the library, edit library user support material and library webpages, and support the Library & Information Manager with library induction activities.
