As part of the wider IT services team, there is an occasional requirement to support with covering the IT helpdesk and start-of-term onboarding events.
The role is based predominantly on site, although there’s some opportunity for flexible/hybrid working, aligned to operational needs. Our two sites are on Keppel Street and Tavistock Place in Central London, approximately a 10-minute walk apart.
You should be educated to degree level and/or substantial experience relevant to the post and have experience of front-Line AV/Multimedia service support in a complex environment. Appropriate audio-visual systems knowledge and Multimedia applications and operating systems is essential. Further particulars are included in the job description.
The post is full-time, 35 hours per week, 1 FTE and permanent.
The salary will be on the Professional Services salary scale, Grade 5 in the range £39,182 - £44,847 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London.
