Work-Based Learning Tutor (Lecturer or University Teacher)

Salary: The starting salary will be from £38,249 up to £45,413 per annum in Grade 7, depending on qualifications and experience.
Are you passionate about learning and helping others to fulfil their full potential? The Centre for Apprenticeships, Work Based Learning and Skills is expanding its team and is now seeking outstanding candidates who are articulate, enthusiastic, persuasive and able to build strong relationships with employers, apprentices and academics. All Tutors (Lecturers or University Teachers) will be engaged in teaching and associated activities and play a key role in the development of the Centre, both internally and externally.
We are seeking individuals with a good understanding of Work Based Learning and/or apprenticeships, ideally developed within a Higher Education environment. All postholders will have some experience of teaching in an FE, HE and/or workplace setting and ideally have some knowledge or understanding developed within one of our key areas: leadership, management, project management, supply chain & logistics, sales or digital marketing. Above all, the successful applicants need to be able to demonstrate a passion for learning and a commitment to providing the highest level of student and learning support.
These are full-time posts, however applications for part-time posts will be considered and accommodated where possible, in line with operational needs.
This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth, Leeds. Through our agile working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
