About The Role
Swansea University are recruiting Team Members to deliver a range of Services to students, staff and customers at our Singleton and Bay Campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and developing team within Swansea University which will provide exciting prospects for individual continuous development.
Campus Services operate a wide number of facilities for our students, staff and customers at the University’s campuses at Singleton Park and The Bay. This is a multi-functional service role which includes working across teaching and conference facilities, the coordination of University mail, cleaning, manual handling duties and delivery of grounds services including outdoor working and manual handling duties. Services are provided 7 days a week and working patterns will vary depending on business needs over any 5 days out of 7.
All posts require excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be part of a team working together to make a difference and continue to deliver high standards of service for our customers. You will be trained, supported and encouraged to continuously improve both your own professional standards and the standard of services that we provide to our customers.

Welsh Language Skills
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
