Are you a great communicator with a keen eye for data-driven insights? Do you have a passion for engaging diverse audiences and optimising communication strategies? If so, we invite you to join our Career Development Centre (CDC) as an Engagement and Data Officer.
The Engagement and Data Officer plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication, marketing and data management within the CDC. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance engagement with students, alumni and employers. This role blends communication expertise, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration to deliver impactful career development initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content across various platforms, including Salesforce, intranets and social media. You should be proficient in data analysis tools, capable of deriving actionable insights to enhance engagement strategies. Additionally, a solid understanding of data protection practices and compliance is required to ensure secure and ethical data management.
