This new role involves the provision and maintenance of 6-month clinical placements each year for the MSc in Clinical Applications of Psychology programme. The role will require knowledge of and experience with clinical psychology services in order to liaise between placement organisations and the Department.
The post holder will also be required to undertake teaching in order to support the work of the Department and develop and enhance its reputation, and to design, develop and deliver a range of programmes of study and contribute to the development of teaching and learning strategies.
About You
Applicants will have a good honours degree and possession of a DClinPsy or PhD in Psychology or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Applicants will have expertise in clinical psychology, and knowledge of and experience with NHS clinical psychology services.
Successful applicants will have a record of successful teaching at postgraduate or undergraduate level.
