The opportunity
University of the Arts London (UAL) is looking for a Social Media Executive to play an essential role in the Social Media and Digital Communications team of its newly-integrated Communications function.
You’ll deliver engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with students, staff, alumni and external stakeholders. You'll help grow our online community engagement and contribute to strategic communication objectives such as raising the profile of the University, building our brand and enhancing our reach and reputation.
As a Social Media Executive, you will support the cross-university social media function by working collaboratively with teams from diverse professional disciplines. Your work will play a key part in ensuring our content meets our audiences' needs by tracking our social media performance and improving our content using data insights.
About you
We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who thrives in an agile digital environment. You will be passionate about creating engaging, audience-first content and have a strong understanding of how social media platforms can be used strategically to enhance engagement, reputation and advocacy. You’ll be highly organised, data-driven and confident in managing multiple projects at once.
