You will be assigned to specific faculties and application groups for which you will be responsible for coordinating all Admissions processing. You will manage and allocate workloads of direct reports, as well as supporting the work of colleagues across the Admissions team by working flexibly and collaboratively responding to peaks in the Admissions cycle to ensure the effective day to day running of the entire unit and an excellent Admissions experience to all applicants. You will communicate effectively with academic departments and professional services, as well as keeping abreast of external developments in the Higher Education Admissions sector.
You will have demonstrable experience of the UCAS system and the principles and processes which underpin a fair and transparent Admissions service. You will have the ability to manage, motivate and train a team, and excellent communication skills able to liaise externally and internally. You will also be driven to explore new ideas and be creative when finding solutions to complex and always looking for ways to improve processes.
