Estates and Campus Services require an individual to join a team committed to delivering a quality, customer focused cleaning service at the University’s Loughton Campus.
This is a permanent, part-time post for 15 hours per week, working Monday-Friday 5am - 8.00am.
Duties of the Role
Duties of the post will include but not be limited to the cleaning of studios, offices, stairs, lifts, kitchens, external communal areas and both male and female toilets, teaching areas, the theatre. Applicants should have a customer focused approach to their work and be able to demonstrate flexibility when dealing with reactive requests.

Qualifications and Skills required
A good understanding of health and safety requirements relevant to the cleaning industry is essential.
You must have the ability to undertake cleaning to a high standard with good communication skills, a positive attitude to delivering good customer service and a flexible approach to work, with a professional manner.
