About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of International Student Recruitment to join our International Recruitment team at an exciting time for the University of Bath. You will lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of the University international recruitment strategy, working closely with colleagues across Departments and Faculties and contributing to our international strategy for growth and diversification.

This role is pivotal in delivering a key element of the University’s vision and strategy. The successful candidate will be strategic, innovative and data-driven, with the ability to identify new opportunities. You will be an experienced leader, with relevant and demonstrable experience in international student recruitment in a HE context and a track record of success and achieving targets. Excellent team leadership, management and influencing skills, together with the ability to work with and motivate other University teams to achieve international goals are critical.
