Are you interested in shaping immersive learning experiences for students in a college setting?
We are seeking Digital Learning Facilitators to join our successful Digital Innovation team. As a Digital Learning Facilitator, you'll be supporting teachers in transformative immersive learning experiences within the college's state-of-the-art immersive rooms. This role focuses on taking responsibility for our Immersive rooms at our Hayes and Harrow Weald Campuses, facilitating and enhancing immersive lessons, providing support to teachers in their use of the technology in the rooms and enabling transformative teaching.
Responsibilities include ensuring seamless technical setup, managing troubleshooting issues and actively engaging in lesson facilitation which will directly impact the student experience and the success of immersive learning initiatives.
You will have knowledge of digital tools for teaching and learning, and enthusiasm for innovation and technology. You should also have good interpersonal skills, confidence to support students aged 16+ in a classroom environment and the ability to use your own initiative. You will have the opportunity to work towards the first stage teaching qualification, the Award in Education and Training, which will be financially supported by the College.
These are fixed term posts until 27th March 2026.
