About Role
We are looking for a Halls Manager to join our Residential Services department at QM. Responsible for supporting operational services across all four QM residential sites, you'll play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our 3000 residents.
As part of the Estates and Facilities Directorate, Residential Services fosters a supportive community for students, promoting their academic and personal growth. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure service standards and compliance with regulations are met consistently. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality service standards, resolving queries, and managing residential operations effectively.

About You
The successful candidate will have recent experience working within student accommodation or a hotel setting and fully appreciate the importance of giving a first-class customer experience. Whilst the working pattern is fixed, there are times when the post holder will need to be flexible with hours to cover busy periods such as move-in weekend and open days plus the summer period when rooms are let out to conference guests.
