Pembroke College wishes to appoint a new Head of Student Wellbeing to lead the College’s strategy for and delivery of student mental health and wellbeing support. The role holder will have considerable flexibility, in liaison with the Senior Tutor and the Tutorial team, to build a wellbeing support service which matches the needs of students in the current landscape of higher education needs. The Head of Student Wellbeing will act as a dedicated source of support for students, operating in a space between the academic mentorship currently offered by undergraduate and postgraduate Tutors and clinical care.
