As our Head of Faculty Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this journey—leading change, driving excellence, and ensuring seamless operational delivery across our diverse and dynamic faculty.

The Role

As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you will work alongside the Executive Dean, Associate Deans, Heads of School, and University-wide stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational excellence. You will lead the Faculty’s professional services, manage resources and change initiatives, and champion innovation and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in making our strategic vision a reality—enhancing student experiences, supporting world-class research, and ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of science and engineering education.
