The Head of International is responsible for leading the International Student Recruitment and Study Abroad teams at St Mary's. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective international student recruitment strategies and managing the International team.
The core activities of the role include managing activities including achieving recruitment targets, budget oversight, agent management, marketing initiatives, reporting, and staff management and development.
With extensive experience of working in international higher education in the UK, the successful candidate will have experience of developing and implementing successful international student marketing strategies as well as managing productive teams. Excellent communication and planning skills are essential.
Some working from home can be accommodated for this role, but the post-holder is expected to be on campus three days per week. Some overseas travel will also be required.
