The Head of UK Recruitment is responsible for leading the Student Recruitment and Schools and Colleges teams at St Mary's.
With key responsibilities for achieving the University's targets for recruitment of home undergraduate, postgraduate and PGCE students, the successful candidate will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and assume operational management of lead-generating and conversion activities.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of managing student recruitment activities in a UK higher education setting and be able to motivate a productive team. Excellent communication and planning skills are essential, as are a deep knowledge of the student recruitment cycle and marketing trends.
Some working from home can be accommodated for this hands-on role, but the post-holder is expected to be on campus three days per week. Some weekend work will be required to deliver Open Days and Experience Days.
