The Edinburgh College of Art, University of Edinburgh is seeking to recruit a full-time Making Services Manager on an open-ended basis.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic and creative team of technicians and technical managers as we invest in our buildings and facilities, developing exciting new approaches to education and research. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong track record of technical services management and a desire to innovate and to engage with data and new technologies. You will work closely with the Head of Information, Technical and Technology Services (ITTS), leading the development and delivery of our portfolio of technical facilities and services across Edinburgh College of Art (ECA) and Edinburgh Futures Institute (EFI).
Our technical facilities are broad-based, from specialist wood and metal workshops to glass, jewellery, garment making, rapid prototyping, laser cutting, music, film, XR and many more.
