Permanent, part time (21.9 hours per week, 0.6 FTE)

Reporting to the Admissions Manager, the Admissions Advisor plays a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process. You will be responsible for managing applications efficiently, providing expert advice on programmes and ensuring a seamless experience for applicants from inquiry to enrolment.
Key responsibilities:
- Organise admissions interviews (both in-person and virtual) and liaise with faculty to ensure timely reporting
- Coordinate admissions committees and events
- Maintain and update the admissions database
- Represent the school at Open Days, fairs, webinars and recruitment events (both in the UK and internationally)
- Manage post-offer processes, including visas, financial guarantees and contracts
You will be an effective and engaging communicator with strong organisational, planning and time management skills. You should be a team player with discretion, tact and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Resilience and confidence in questioning decisions are essential, along with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage workflows accurately under deadlines.
