About the role
We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Global and Public Health. This is a non-clinical academic post within the Peninsula Medical School.
In this role, you will contribute to, and where appropriate, lead global and public health teaching across our undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes, including BMBS, MSc Global Health, and MSc Physician Associate.
Our school takes an innovative approach to higher education, incorporating a wide range of teaching modalities across our programmes. You will engage students through interactive lectures, distance learning, enquiry-based learning and student-tutor meetings.
A key focus of this role will be on contributing to our MSc Global Health programme, where you will assist in the development and delivery of fully online modules as a part of our new distance learning initiative.
You will also be expected to undertake research and become a part of a collaborative and supportive team actively engaged in a wide range of research and scholarship activity.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
