If you are interested in supporting the development of Academic teaching staff in Higher Education, becoming an Academic Development Manager here at Teesside University could be the role for you. This is an exciting time to join Student Learning & Academic Registry as we prepare to launch our Centre for Learning & Teaching Innovation & Enhancement. As an Academic Development Manager, you will use your knowledge of learning and teaching practice to provide professional development opportunities and training for academic and professional services colleagues along with those working at our collaborative partner institutions. This will include working with Schools and Central departments to design and develop training and resources aligned to the University Learning and Teaching Strategy providing training and development sessions along with producing resources to facilitate development.
You will be joining a team within Student Learning & Academic Registry and further information on the role of the Department can be found on our SLAR Department webpage along with LTE Online our online resource to support the work to deliver excellence in learning and teaching and an outstanding student experience.
