  • Support the maintenance of an accurate, up-to-date database of marketing contacts.
  • Proactively support the maintenance and development of the Education & Training website.
  • Develop and oversee a suite of automation journeys, continuously monitoring performance to optimise efficacy.
  • Take a lead on briefing, monitoring and evaluating digital advertising campaigns, with the support of Student Marketing & Recruitment Managers, and external agencies.
  • Support campaign activity across a range of digital channels, including web, email and social media.
  • Undertake digital graphic design work as required, using design software such as Adobe InDesign and Canva and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the management of shared inboxes and social media accounts when required.
  • Produce and present regular analysis and reporting on digital marketing activity.
  • Support various high-priority digital projects, including the acquisition and implementation of a new CRM System within the coming academic year.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team, as well as the Digital Communications Manager supporting the wider activity of DET – including participating in events outside of normal working hours.
