As the Timetabling Officer, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely university timetables. Your focus will be on creating a student-centred timetable that efficiently utilises university resources and facilities and provides accurate and correct information. This will involve implementing effective systems and processes to ensure timetables meet faculty requirements, provide an excellent student experience, and are clearly communicated. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned school regarding all timetable-related queries. By building strong relationships with faculty and staff, you will become a trusted resource for their resourcing needs, developing expertise in space and resource management for their school and programs.
