About the role:
The Postgraduate Education Administrator is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join the Postgraduate Education Team within a busy central team in the Faculty Education Office (Medicine).
The Postgraduate Education Administrator will have strong communication and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate extensive administration experience. As well as the Postgraduate Education Manager, you will support the Section Head and Faculty Academic Leads in facilitating enhancement and strategic projects across all PG activities, managing faculty-based processes and projects.
What you would be doing:
You will run the recruitment and selection process for the FoM Masters’ scholarships and prizes, manage the applications and outcomes for the Medical Research Council (MRC) PhD supplement scheme, organise student events and service three Faculty level forums and committees.
You will plan and manage the launch and submission of the PG Taught (PTES) and PG Research (PRES) student experience surveys and reports on behalf of the Faculty and be involved in producing summaries and analysis of the results.
You will be the main Faculty contact and have responsibility for the Postgraduate Staff Information Hub webpages, ensuring that key information is easily accessible and that the webpages are maintained and updated with the most relevant information for departmental colleagues.

This is a varied role based within the Faculty of Medicine Education Office, working with a small friendly team that will offer support and guidance.
