We are seeking a highly proactive International Research Development Officer to join our EU & International Research team within the Research, Innovation & Impact (RII) Directorate.
About the role
We seek a dynamic and proactive individual to join the international team in the role of International Research Development Officer. The successful candidate will collaborate with other professional services team members to deliver support to the research community. Utilising collaborative methods and proactive service delivery, the post-holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring our researchers' bids and activities are managed and enhanced through effective support.
About you
The role would suit an individual with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, showcasing adaptability and flexibility in managing evolving workloads and priorities. You should possess good IT skills, including MS Office and Sharepoint, and be willing to learn University IT systems relevant to the role. Experience of bid development within academic environments is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
