The Campus Jobs Deputy Manager will be responsible for providing a professional service to recruiting managers, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment service. The post-holder will also provide the first point of contact for Campus Jobs HR related queries, including appropriate compensation, reasonable adjustments, worker discipline and sickness/absence. They will be expected to address concerns/issues raised by stakeholders, and escalate to the Campus Jobs Manager where appropriate. The Campus Jobs Deputy Manager will provide dedicated support for a broad range of administrative duties, some of which may be complex and require a high degree of initiative. The post-holder will have overall line management responsibility for the Campus Jobs Helpdesk Assistants (8 student workers, approximately 0.8 FTE in total).
